Under AB 1597, maximum fees for key notarial acts would increase as follows:

Acknowledgment / Jurat / POA Copy Certification → $20
Deposition Services → $35
Deposition Oath & Deposition Certificate → $12
Exemptions for vote-by-mail materials and veterans’ benefit applications remain unchanged.
