On April 11, 2017, Jimmy Graham and Tim Brown via their company Trident Holding, were awarded US Patent # 9,619,977 for a Deployable Beacon, the unique emergency communication device designed to aid in rescuing people and saving lives. If you're in the military, mountain climbing, boating, commercial fishing, merchant marine, coast guard, hunting & fishing, camping & hiking, park service, or aviation fields, then this could save your life or limb. Next steps: Fund raising and production prototyping, then manufacturing and sales.

The patent application for Jimmy Graham's "Deployable Beacon" was filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office today! We have serial number 14/837,220; PATENT PENDING! This is a milestone for our small company, hopefully one to be repeated many times for Jimmy and other inventors.

Headed to Denver with Merlin this morning to talk with the patent lawyers (Cochran, Freund and Young) at 10am to firm up the patent application for Jimmy's device. Pray for discernment and clarity for all of us to produce an ironclad description and claims. Thanks!

Good news continues on! The patent lawyer completed the patent search in mid-April and is now drafting the patent application for our first device. Meanwhile, filming began this last weekend for the marketing video for the device. We shot the scenes for the first of five scenarios.

Continuing good news for Plan B Dynamics! The business license application was approved 5-0 by Castle Rock Town Council! The Council and the Planning Commission are enthusiastic about the prospects of adding new engineering professional and highly skilled manufacturing jobs in Castle Rock.

More good news for Plan B Dynamics today! The Castle Rock Planning Commission approved the PBD business license application! Huzzah! Now the next step is for the Town Council to approve it on January 20th. That should go very smooth since over half of them are already aware of our plans, since we've shared the plans with them on several occasions. Here we go!

Good news for Plan B Dynamics, starting out in 2015! Today we made our first stock sale! Huzzah! Initial stock sales will fund two patent applications and go towards marketing efforts, and cover related business expenses. We’re expecting to initially raise $10K-$20K in the first month, and then up to $500K by the end of 2015.

Today we start selling stock to a small group of investors who want to purchase stock at a severely discounted price and get in on the early action ... and returns ... of this "dynamic" company. The first order of business will be to finish engineering designs, research and submit patent applications, and do some up-front marketing for the Company and the Products!
