WHY HOME DEALS FALL APART - A local Mortgage Broker in Franklin shared some great information, I thought I would post here. In short, he stated one of the biggest reasons for home deals falling apart is by not having hard conversations in the beginning. One of those is your broker telling you how much the home you want to purchase is worth. Having a good CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) can save a lot of trouble when the "appraisal" comes. You pay for the appraisal. If comes in below your offer price, that can stop everything. Make sure your broker knows the market! A good indicator may be, are they a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. Reach out to me if you'd like to buy, or sell your home.

Just got new windows in our home before the cold came. WOW! We had been looking for a while. We were actually ready to go with Anderson until we found this company. About 1/3 the cost. The specs were not significantly different. This installer, Josh, was a BEAST. One man, 2 day to install 15 windows, by himself. Extremely pleasant and a VERY hard worker. He even noticed one defect in one of the windows and already had the replacement ordered. These windows come with a double lifetime warranty.
