WHY HOME DEALS FALL APART - A local Mortgage Broker in Franklin shared some great information, I thought I would post here. In short, he stated one of the biggest reasons for home deals falling apart is by not having hard conversations in the beginning. One of those is your broker telling you how much the home you want to purchase is worth. Having a good CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) can save a lot of trouble when the "appraisal" comes. You pay for the appraisal. If comes in below your offer price, that can stop everything. Make sure your broker knows the market!
