For numerous reasons, both professionally and personal, I resigned from private practice toward the end of 2023.
I later accepted a position with a land title company, Branning Land Title, out of Philadelphia that only handles non litigation real estate matters. If you wish to engage Branning Land Title for services you can call the office at 601-656-6152 and give your information to our intake specialists. They are very capable and will be glad to take care of your title and deed orders. Once your request is processed and prepared it will come to me for review and finalization. I no longer accept private orders for legal services. I have pledged my time and resources to Branning Land Title and off duty time is reserved for family and personal obligations. I apologize for any inconvenience and I thank you for understanding.

Don’t forget that now is the time to file (or refile) for your 2021 homestead exemption if you recently bought a house, got married, got divorced, recently became a widow or widower, became disabled, turned 65 or otherwise had a deed change for any reason. You do this at the Tax Office and will need a copy of your deed, your ID, SSN, and tag numbers. If disabled you will need your award letter. For more information, call 601-267-3021.
