Here’s a look at median home sale prices and typical selling times:

🏡 Bartow: $318,933 | 75 days
🏡 Cobb: $428,566 | 49 days
🏡 Polk: $239,199 | 61 days
🏡 Floyd: $259,008 | 47 days
🏡 Gordon: $285,000 | 57 days

This October update uses August 2026 data. Prices were lower than a year ago in four counties, while Gordon remained steady.

You may have more time to compare homes and room to negotiate on some properties. Well-priced homes can still attract competition, so being prepared matters!
