The Passport Hub at CSUDH is conveniently located in the Extended Education complex, right next door to Dignity Health Sports Complex! Important:

• Service is APPOINTMENT ONLY - for public safety,

no walk-in service is available.

• Cash is not accepted nor credit/debit cards; only check/money order. There is a $35.00 Process Fee per Application, payable to CSUDH Foundation. Visit http://www.csudh.edu/passport to make your appointment and for more information!

Hello! Effective December 27, 2021, the U.S. Passport Book for both adults and minors has increased by $20, per the U.S. Department of State.
🔼 The new Passport Book fee for an adult is $130.
🔼 The new Passport Book fee for a minor is $100.
➡ All other fees have remained the same.

Please be aware that we are LOCATED IN THE EXTENDED EDUCATION Classroom building, EE-1201 in the northwest corner of the campus, closest to Dignity Health Sports Complex. If driving, park in LOT 3 in the 30-minute visitor spot (or purchase a parking pass from the Parking Kiosks if your appointment will be longer than 30 minutes).
