Detrás de una solicitud de residencia por matrimonio hay un oficial de USCIS analizando cada detalle de tu historial, no solo tu acta de matrimonio ⚖️

Cuando un caso se retrasa o recibe una Solicitud de Evidencia (RFE), casi nunca es porque la pareja no se quiera; suele ser por falta de preparación antes de enviar la carpeta:

Entradas al país: Un detalle tan pequeño como el tipo de visa o sello de ingreso determina si el proceso se hace 100 % dentro de EE. UU. o si requiere trámites consulares afuera.

Declaraciones pasadas: Inconsistencias en formularios de años anteriores pueden levantar alertas de inadmisibilidad que requieren un perdón legal (Waiver).

Evidencia débil: Subir solo fotos o cartas personales suele ser insuficiente cuando la prioridad de USCIS es ver la integración financiera real de la pareja.

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families and communities forever changed, and the first responders and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage and compassion that day.

September 11 remains a reminder of the fragility of life, the strength of communities, and the importance of coming together in moments of profound loss.

Today, we remember those we lost, those who served, and all those whose lives were changed forever.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸
