The 7th Amendment (👋 hi, Bill of Rights! We see you!) passed through Congress one year later in 1789, and was ratified by the states in 1791.

Bibi is a leading trial lawyer focused on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Bibi brings extensive courtroom experience and a deep commitment to teaching the next generation of trial lawyers.

As a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the incoming 2026 President of its San Diego Chapter, Bibi has taught trial advocacy at the University of San Diego School of Law, served as a teaching fellow at the ABOTA Trial College at Harvard Law School, and speaks nationally on trial advocacy and deposition skills. Bibi doesn’t just try cases, she teaches others how to try them.

Sara Williams brings extensive trial experience, leadership and passion for advocacy to the courtroom. As a personal injury and wrongful death attorney, she has handled complex litigation from pre-trial through verdicts in both state and federal courts, advocating for clients facing life-altering injuries and losses.

Beyond her practice, Sara is a dedicated educator, mock trial coach, and mentor who has spent her years helping develop the next generation of trial lawyers. She has also held significant leadership roles within the legal profession and continues to champion women in law.
