National CASA/GAL, in accordance with the termination notices, has suspend all services and support funded by OJJDP to the CASA/GAL network to include subaward disbursements to state and local CASA/GAL programs across the country. National CASA/GAL is appealing the award terminations and in the interim, assessing what limited services National CASA/GAL can continue to offer to the CASA/GAL network.

Skrmetti on whether a Tennessee law banning medical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy for minors violates the Equal Protection clause, requiring that people in similar circumstances be treated the same under the law.

She loves learning about the law and has a specific interest in juvenile justice. She also has a deep interest in foreign affairs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, exploring the outdoors, and going to the gym.
