Today’s a proud day...

My son-in-law, Manny, just closed on his first home — a great place in a wonderful neighborhood in Carmichael. Big yard for the kids to run around in, plenty of space inside, and a floor plan that gives them room to live and grow.

Watching a milestone like this means a lot. Buying your first home is more than a transaction — it’s a step forward, an investment in stability, and a place where my grandbabies will make memories for years to come.
