This includes reviewing and preparing purchase agreements, easements, deeds of trust, leases, and all other real property issues. We have an extensive tax practice advising clients on all tax matters, including examinations, involving the Franchise Tax Board and the Internal Revenue Service. Our firm advises non-profit clients on all aspects of operation, from formation to regaining tax exempt status after revocation of tax-exempt status by the IRS. Our firm represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. This includes disputes involving contracts, partnership disputes, shareholder derivative suits, beach of fiduciary duties, real property purchase and sale, leases, boundaries and easements, defective construction and other construction disputes.
