One of my biggest joys is helping families purchase their first home in this California market. Since I have become a Realtor, I have sold millions of dollars’ worth of homes throughout the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas. Before I became a Realtor I owned a technology consulting firm, and served my country in the US Army with a combat tour in the Middle East. Originally, I’m from Nijmegen, a small

city in the Netherlands. I moved to the United States in 1998 to attend college. After graduating from CSU Monterey Bay in 2002 with my B.S. in Telecommunications, Multimedia and Applied Computing, I decided to make the Central Coast my permanent home. More recently, I received my Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2013. In my spare time I enjoy staying active in the community and attending local events. I love spending time with my family on the hiking trails, at the beach, or museums. When I find any extra time, I enjoy trail running, mountain biking, and traveling. At last count, the tally was 4 continents, 25 countries and 34 American states!
