Relocating to San Diego from Florida required a lot of remote showings via FaceTime and very careful analysis of the neighborhoods and communities the buyers wanted. The very first tour day was spent driving various neighborhoods up the 56 from Carmel Valley to Rancho Bernardo and Poway.
This transaction was done completely remote, with the buyers not seeing the home in person until 3 days before closing.
