Is Now A Good Time to Get My Estate Planning Documents In Order?
I have often joked that my friends who are Financial Advisors have a great advantage over Estate Planning Attorneys. They can say things like “Retiring soon? You need to visit your Financial Advisor” and then recite their phone number and they have a good ad!
What am I supposed to say – “Dying soon? You should visit your estate planning attorney!” Somehow, it doesn’t have the same ring to it.

If you can't think of anything to be thankful for, you are not trying hard enough. A roof over your head? Enough to eat? How about the basics. . .thank God for nature, and for color! What if the world were in black and white?!? Thanksgiving is a time to remember our roots as a nation. We have much to be thankful for. And closer to home, I am thankful for my family.
