WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED OCCUPANY STANDARDS? Up to 2 household members can apply for a one bedroom unit. Up to 4 household members can apply for a two bedroom unit.

AM I GUARANTEED AN APARTMENT HOME BY PLACING MY NAME ON THE LIST? Please note that placing your name on the waiting list does not guarantee your household an unit. This only guarantees your household an opportunity to apply for the apartment at a later date.

CAN I SUBMIT COPIES OF MY PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION? No, only original versions of household members’ identification cards, birth certificates, passports, social security cards, etc. will be accepted.

DO YOU ACCEPT PREFERENCES? No, households are pulled from the waiting list strictly by appointment date and time. We do not honor special preferences for individuals that are homeless, shelters, etc.

HOW DO I KNOW MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED? You will receive a receipt of submission prior to leaving on the day of the household’s appointment.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ANY QUESTIONS? You may contact the rental office for any waiting list questions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
