ONE Fort Myers Invests in the Heart of Downtown……
A new partnership with the River District Alliance supports the events, artists and small businesses that make downtown Fort Myers home.
The River District Alliance is proud to announce a generous donation from ONE Fort Myers, the only boutique high-rise in Southwest Florida, rising on First Street in the heart of the River District. The gift will help fund the monthly Art Walks, Music Walks and community events that bring thousands of residents and visitors to our historic brick streets. It also helps keep our local restaurants, shops, and galleries thriving.
ONE Fort Myers isn’t just building in downtown; it’s investing in it.
“Downtown Fort Myers is more than where we built ONE. It’s why we built here,” said Pesche Robinson, Sales Director of ONE Fort Myers. “The River District Alliance brings this neighborhood to life every month, and we’re honored to help them keep doing it for our residents, our neighbors and everyone who visits.”
