Since January 1, inventory of Gulf-access pool homes has dropped about 34%, with 734 closed sales during that same time. We may be starting to see a slight shift in the market.

Mango’s Bar & Grill on North Captiva Island is a great stop for lunch, a dip in the pool and a little island time. No bridge to get here, which makes the trip part of the experience.
