Today our industry is initiating some new rules. With the new rules, all buyers must sign a Buyers Broker Agreement with a Realtor in order to view homes. Please be careful signing agreements with multiple agents as you could be on the hook to pay multiple agents! One exception to signing at first is Open Houses. You can enter an open house without a signed agreement, but if you want to go back and look or submit an offer you will need to sign one!
