nging decision. Donna and Stephanie are originally from Atlanta, Georgia where Donna grew up and Stephanie was born. A resident of Cape Coral, Florida since 1985, Donna has been actively involved in the area real estate market and new construction industry, holding memberships in the local Chamber of Commerce, WCR (Women's Council of Realtors), and several other community building groups. Donna has also served as a past President of the Cape Coral chapter of WCR while leading her fellow community associates. Her extensive experience in real estate began at the front desk of Prudential Realty as an administrative assistant in 1990. She progressed through many positions within the office over the years before earning her real estate license in 1999. Stephanie attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where she earned an Associate Degree in Interior Design. After graduation she moved back home to Cape Coral to get married and start her family. Knowing the rewards that home ownership can bring, she decided to build her first home at the age of 19. While watching the real estate market, Stephanie decided to build an investment home but as her family started to grow, they decided living in the larger investment home would be best. One short year later she sold her first home for an impressive $100K profit and moved into the new home. She has worked in the hospitality industry and interior design. Within real estate, she has worked as the office manager for several investors and brokers, organizing and tracking their investments and inventory. This enthusiastic mother-daughter team has ventured together not only in business but also in a few real estate transactions.
