A buyer is always willing to pay a premium price in the first 24 hours because they know if they don't another buyer will beat them.

The key to selling for the highest amount is to list and market your home in such a way that you attract an insane amount of buyers in the first week. This creates a sense of urgency in a buyers mind, which results in a higher purchase price.

I recently made a little adjustment to my morning routine. Before I write out my to-do list for the day I ask the following question: "What can I do today to make tomorrow easier, better, or more efficient?"

The results in my productivity were instantly noticed. I head on problems before they become bigger problems. I'm quick to make systems that will make work in the future more efficient. I exercise and eat healthy today because my future self will thank me for it.
