Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Sandra moved to the United States as a young child and has proudly called Georgia home for over 45 years after her family relocated from New York City. With a background rooted in customer service, she genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making every client who contacts Upchurch Law feel welcomed and cared for. She is a devoted wife and mother who always puts family first, and she loves spending her free time cooking, reading, painting, hiking Georgia's scenic trails, and dancing with her husband.

Our firm secured 2nd place🥈in all four categories in which we were nominated (Family Law/Divorce Attorney, Individual Attorney, Overall Attorney, Overall Law Firm) out of all attorneys and law firms in Cherokee County.

Never stop learning!👩🏻‍💻✍️ A couple of weeks ago, attorney Kayla Upchurch had the opportunity to attend the annual Georgia Family Law Institute in beautiful Amelia Island. The Institute is one of Georgia's premier family law educational conferences, bringing together attorneys, judges, and other professionals from across the state to discuss recent developments, emerging issues, and best practices in family law.

Continuing education is an important part of our commitment to clients. By staying current on developments in family law, Upchurch Law is able to provide informed, effective, and dedicated representation when our clients need it most.
