I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been appointed to the 2027 National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Committee! 🎉

This marks my first national leadership appointment, and I couldn’t be more excited to represent Michigan and contribute to conversations shaping the future of homeownership across the country.

Housing opportunity is about more than affordability. It’s about removing barriers, expanding access to resources, and helping more people turn the dream of homeownership into reality.

HIGHEST SALE PRICE IN CANTON IN 5 YEARS. 🏡

When I first listed 50770 Breckenridge, I knew I was pushing into new territory. The highest sale in the subdivision had been $1.35M, and that was the model home.

The challenge was figuring out how far I could push the market while still creating enough demand to generate competition.

I launched at $1,375,000 with a strategic marketing campaign focused on presentation, positioning, exposure, and creating urgency during that critical first week.

The result?

7 offers.
SOLD for $1,460,000, 106% of list price.
No appraisal.
No inspection.
60 days of free occupancy.

And ultimately, the highest residential sale price in Canton in the last five years.

This one is a great example of why strategy matters. A strong result isn’t simply about choosing a list price. It’s about understanding the market, knowing how to position a property, creating demand, and negotiating not only the highest price, but the strongest overall terms.
