Kim Bobbitt with JDJ Realty – Commercial has officially earned the CCIM designation, becoming one of Madison, Mississippi’s newest designees.

Kim attended the 2026 CCIM Spring Forum 2026 in Philadelphia this week, where she successfully passed the comprehensive exam—marking the completion of an 18-month process of coursework, real-world experience, completed deal portfolio and advanced investment training.

The CCIM designation, awarded by the CCIM Institute, is recognized as one of the most respected credentials in commercial real estate. It represents a deep understanding of investment analysis, deal structure, and the financial side of real estate—skills that go well beyond traditional brokerage.

CCIM designees are trained to evaluate income-producing property through real-world metrics like cash flow, cap rates, and overall return, and to approach each opportunity with an investor’s mindset. Nationally, only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals earn this designation, making it a meaningful achievement.

Kim also serves on the 2026 CCIM Mississippi Board of Directors.
