☀️ What a day to remember! 🌭

Our hearts are so full after hosting the 1st Annual Saratoga Summer Sun & Sizzle here in Saratoga Hills!

There was nothing better than seeing neighbors reconnect with old friends, introduce themselves to new ones, and spend a beautiful summer afternoon simply enjoying each other's company. That's what community is all about.

The kids had an absolute blast with beach balls, bubbles, rubber ducks, and yard games, while the Kona Ice truck kept everyone cool. We enjoyed great food, cold drinks, music, fun games, amazing prize baskets generously donated by some of my incredible real estate industry partners, and of course... Cold Brew Coffee, because if you know me, we had to have that be part of the party! ☕

I'm incredibly grateful to see my name at the top of the board again this month, amongst some of the most stellar professionals I know!

To every client who trusted me to help you buy or sell your home... thank you. It is never something I take for granted. Getting to be part of such a big chapter in your lives is a privilege. ❤️

🏡 🤩 CONGRATULATIONS TO ERICA!

Every closing has a story, just like the people sitting at the table do. This one's pretty cool...

Erica wanted to tour a particular home, so she called the listing agent... and waited. And tried again, and waited. When her message finally came across my in-box, of course I called her. Her frustration was clear over the phone..."it shouldn't be this hard to see a home!"

And she was right, it shouldn't. But that first call was the best call that ever went unanswered! I met she and her mom that evening to see the home. It wasn't the one, but we got the chance to talk. To get to know one another. To establish trust. And I am so happy that I became Erica's agent that day. We started down the road to her buying her first home.

We looked at several. Some were OK, some were not, but it only takes one. When we walked through her new home, I think we all knew. It had all the things that she and her mom needed, plus a big fenced yard for her dogs!

From the offer, to the inspection, to repairs, to appraisal...every negotiation was an example of clear communication and effort to create a win- win. A truly smooth transaction from start to finish!

Dressed in his St. Patrick’s Day best, Tucker is living proof that luck isn’t just finding a four-leaf clover—it’s getting another chance. 🍀

Born in our care, adopted as a puppy, and returned after a cancer diagnosis, Tucker has faced more than any young dog should. Yet today, this happy, affectionate boy is thriving, playing with his dog friends, and living every day with joy in his heart.

We don’t know how many years Tucker has ahead of him. What we do know is that he deserves a lifetime of love in every one of those days. 💚

Some bonds are too special to break. 🥺

We were told Potato and Tomato have grown up together. Little Tomato has never known life without his big brother, and right now they truly do better together than apart.

We know asking someone to adopt two dogs is a big ask. It isn't always easy, but these boys deserve for us to try.

🥔 Potato is a chunky Beagle/Lab mix, around 7 years old and 52 lbs.

🍅 Tomato is an adorable little Pomeranian, around 2 years old and just 11 lbs.

Despite their size difference, they are the perfect pair. Both walk well on a leash, don't mind other dogs, and while they're a little timid at first, they absolutely love getting affection from everyone.

🫧 Today, Nash and Poppy experienced bubbles for the very first time. 🫧

It was... enlightening. 😂

Nash looked at them like they were tiny floating UFOs sent to ruin his entire afternoon. He'd inch forward, jump back, tilt his head, and give me that look that said, "Mom... I don't trust these things."

Poppy?
That little peanut launched herself into them like she'd been training for the Bubble Olympics. Nose first. Pop. Pop. Pop. Completely convinced they were the greatest invention in history.

Same bubbles. Same yard. Two completely different responses.

It made me think about us humans.
How often do we face something new—a new opportunity, a hard season, a conversation we know we need to have—and respond like Nash? Careful. Hesitant. Wondering what might happen if we step forward.

Other times, by God's grace, we become a little more like Poppy... curious enough to trust, brave enough to take the next step, even if we don't have all the answers.

The beautiful thing about faith is that God doesn't wait until we're fearless to lead us. He walks with us when we're cautious, too. He isn't frustrated by our questions. He simply keeps saying, "Trust Me. Take one more step."

And sometimes...

The scary thing we were avoiding turns out to be nothing more than beautiful, temporary bubbles... reminding us that not everything unfamiliar is meant to harm us. Some things are simply waiting for us to be brave enough to reach out and discover the joy on the other side.

(Although, to be fair... if you ask Nash, he's still pretty sure they're part of an elaborate conspiracy. 🤣🐾)

This little girl really needs a good person to come into her life. On April 16th she was found on Chambers St in Campbell. She spent a few days with Campbell Pd before she came here-and sadly no owner looked for her. Once we took her in someone from that neighborhood recognized her. We were told that she had been rehomed from one neighbor to another and neither were claiming her. Nyx has been homeless for 3 months.

She likely was born due to an “accidental litter” and unfortunately her first home was not for forever. Mix breed dogs are great but they are not in high demand. Pounds and shelters are full of them. Because of this, dogs like her wait far too long in a loud, chaotic environment while slowly losing their minds from loneliness and boredom.

Nyx is a young lab mix. She is all black with a white patch on her chest with black speckles in it. She loves to run. Loves one on one time. Knows how to “shake”. Takes treats gently. Is dog friendly. Loves to play. We do not know how she is with kids or cats.

Please share her. We have an abundance of black dogs waiting for homes.
