📊 FROM MY DESK THIS MONTH | SEPTEMBER 2026

What's happening in the Van Zandt County housing market? 🏡

My takeaway?

Buyers have options, sellers need a strategy, and patience matters in today's market! Homes are taking longer to sell, but that doesn't mean opportunities aren't out there. And remember, countywide averages don't tell the whole story. Your location, property type, and price point matter!

Curious what this means for YOUR home or next move? Let's talk! ❤️

Welcome to Canton and welcome to the Canton Texas Chamber of Commerce family Brooke’s - Men’s Luxury Grooming 👏🏼👏🏼

Native Son catered a street dinner!
Cedar Creek Social brought the party bus displaying its mini bar, that was pretty cool!

This is great option for the men to be pampered! Give her a call to see how she can take care of your grooming.
