One of the most consistent phone calls or comments I receive from potential clients is: "well my current attorney doesn't call me back" or "my current attorney isn't doing anything for me."
I feel most of these potential clients are upset at my answer which is "I do not speak badly about any other attorney's." I totally understand and respect your opinion and desire for another attorney. However, as a fellow attorney it is inappropriate for me to speak in regards to what their work is or is not accomplishing.
I cannot tell you what they are doing or not doing but, what I can tell you is how I would do things. When a client trusts me with their case you will get everything I can give. I hold myself to the highest standard. You will get a phone call back, you will get an email, not next week, not next month. You are a priority. That, I can promise you. Will you always like the answer? No. Do I have some magic wand that magically makes me a better attorney? Absolutely not. But, you will be there every step of the way informed of what is going on, what I am doing to help, and what your options are and my advice on how to effectively solve your issue.
