As I reflect back on this year, I am thankful and overwhelmed. There were many highs and a few lows but, overall, a great year even in the midst of a rapidly changing market. I'm so thankful to all of my agents who have continued to put their trust in myself and my team to come along side them and bring margin and leverage to their businesses. We continue to grow and learn in order to keep up with market changes and are eager and ready to help even more agents in 2023! Thank you and Happy New Year!

Well, what a year 2021 has been so far! Thank you to all my amazing agents for trusting in Elevation Transaction Services, LLC to support you in your business and get you to the next level. It has been a very successful year in spite of all that is going on in the world. I'm excited to announce that I have hired another TC! There are now 3 of us and we are ready to take on more agents! Well, I must say, I'm excited to say goodbye to 2020 for many reasons, but I also find myself thankful for so many opportunities and for being stretched beyond my comfort zone. I started Elevation Transactions Services, LLC in March (right as the pandemic was happening and my kids were now homeschooling). I wasn't sure how this would all work out or if I was crazy for pressing in and not just waiting until later to start the business. I had a very successful spring (in spite of the pandemic) and that carried right on through December and I'm so thankful. I closed 150 transactions in my first 8 1/2 months. I've been stretched to the max, but it's my faith, family and the wonderful people I get to partner in business with that have helped make this dream a reality.
THANK YOU! I look forward to crushing my business goals for 2021, including hiring my first employee!!

Thank you to my awesome agents for trusting in me and allowing me to close my 100th transaction within the first 6 months of starting my own business! I can’t wait to close at least another 100 (shooting for 150) in the next 6 months! I’m truly blessed.

Happy Mother's Day to all you hard working Mom's out there! We all have different backgrounds and stories, but the main and most important thing we get to do is raise our kiddos! I'm so thankful I get to be a part of every aspect of my kids' lives and get to do this amazing TC job as well. So blessed ❤️

Wow, what a crazy couple of weeks it's been! It's definitely been an interesting time to be starting a business. I'm thankful to still be working, but things are definitely slower than normal. Everyday I try to keep my focus on all of the things I'm grateful for, rather than dwell on all of the negative things. I write them down so I can go back and look at them later - It's been really helpful. I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy! If anyone knows of any agents looking for some TC help right now, please send them my way. Hang in there friends and go give love to those around you - It's the best medicine ❤️

You can tell spring is just around the corner. The transactions are coming in more frequently - So exciting! I'm also loving the spring-like weather! Looking forward to a run later :)
