Silicon Valley Real Estate is still moving just not evenly 📈
In April, updated single-family homes in San Jose, Campbell, and Los Gatos continued to attract strong buyer demand, while condos and townhome sales stalled, giving buyers a little more breathing room.

Buyers are payment-sensitive especially adding in HOA dues and rates. What I’m seeing this week: homes that are priced right and show well are still getting attention fast. Still, there’s opportunity for buyers, more than any recent spring market.
