Preparing to sell your home? Something as simple as checking and replacing light bulbs can make a difference.

* Make sure each room has matching bulbs in each fixture.

* Make sure every light fixture has a working bulb. A bad bulb can lead to a fixture possibly being faulty during an inspection.

* Clean the globes / enclosures around the light. Dirty globes are more easily noticed with good lighting.
