We are committed to our community.

We’re extending a big thank you and shout out to Eduardo Aburto Ortiz, Esq., Associate Attorney at Cambridge Law, PLLC!

As a cherished private attorney volunteer with LASNEM, Eduardo works to assist people with their legal needs who may not be able to afford an attorney, but are in desperate need of one. Eduardo says, “My best experiences have been with people who are very grateful for my services and were able to get ahead in their lives because of the help I provided them.”

When not working as a legal advocate, Eduardo enjoys camping with his kids, dirt biking and playing soccer. Thank you, Eduardo, for your dedication to providing equal access to justice for people in our region!

To our clients and our community:
It grieves us to see our current situation so polarize Minnesotan's between those who are willing to follow the "mandates" coming from multiple directions regarding our personal health care, and those who are not. These mandates all have one thing in common: they violate not only state statutes and the clear public policy behind them, which allow Minnesotan's decide with their doctors whether vaccinations are right for them, but they also contradict federal rulings on medical privacy and HIPAA laws protecting medical privacy.
While we are not equipped as a law firm to take on class action law suits or large scale litigation, we have been in contact with firms that do, and will be glad to provide referrals if your job or right to chose medical treatment is being threatened. There is no state of emergency, and there is no widespread testing going on to determine how many people have antibodies against COVID-19 in addition to those who have been vaccinated. That is - no justifications for the violations these mandates create is even being offered. It seems to us that the "rule of law" itself has been thrown aside in favor of an "agency-rule" state. Our legislature and the laws they passed are being ignored. We pray that there will be an end to this soon.

Since Attorney Eduardo I. Aburto Ortiz joined our team last August, he has served as a valuable asset to the firm. His dedication to serving Spanish-speaking clients and providing top-notch legal counsel reflects R.C. Roby Law's commitment to practicing family law differently.

Eduardo immigrated to the U.S. in 2009 from Chile. He has been involved in international trade and, as a licensed customs broker, has been advising foreign companies in import and export regulations. In 2016 he became an attorney and has been working in different practice areas and representing people with their legal needs. He is a compassionate advocate, skillful negotiator, and a trusted advisor who strives to build relationships with those whom he represents. While not in the office, Eduardo enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing soccer and tennis, and serving the community through the church.
