SOLD!! 🏠🎉
You know, some deals are just smooth as butter, from beginning to end.
Well... this was definitely NOT one of them! 😂😅

Another agent had this listing for EIGHT weeks with no offers. 😳
It was a difficult market but I did what I do best! New staging, new photos, digital staging, video, open houses, the works. 🩷

And boom! We got a great offer... from one of the most challenging Buyers I've ever worked with. 😭 Two attorneys refused to work with him. He delayed the signing for weeks. We put it back on the market. His own agent was ready to walk away. His lender turned to chaos. The closing was delayed multiple times. Trouble right up to and beyond the last minute. SMH 🤦‍♀️

But through it all I kept the faith! Kept it moving. Brought the deal back to life even when it died on the table. 🩺😂

And special thanks to my Seller who was so patient and positive throughout the whole process. She said she knew the deal would work out when the Buyer asked to marry me. (LMAO, yeah it was that guy.)

We got it done!!!

🏡✨ SOLD — 7 OFFERS, ALL OVER ASKING, IN ONE WEEKEND! ✨🏡
Let’s talk about this one. 👀

Another agent had this listing for 6 weeks… and got zero offers.
I took over and flipped the script:
🎨 Reimagined staging that made buyers stop scrolling
📸 Brand new professional photography
🎥 Digital staging + video walkthroughs
🚪 Open houses designed to bring the crowds in

The result? 7 offers. Every single one over asking. One weekend. 🔥

Not all agents are created equal. The right strategy and marketing can be the difference between weeks of silence and a bidding war. 💪 Think twice before going with a discount brokerage.

Thinking about listing your home? Let’s chat about what it could look like with the right game plan behind it. 📲

🚨 A Cambridge office tower just sold for $1... 🚨

Plus $232 million in debt. 😳

40 Thorndike Street, the former Sullivan Courthouse redevelopment in East Cambridge, sat vacant since opening in 2024. Now it's changed hands in a deal that's being called a real signal of just how much the office market has shifted. 🏢📉

Wild reminder that even in one of the hottest innovation hubs in the country, commercial real estate is telling a very different story than our residential market right now. 🏙️
