Khristie Kelly is the owner/managing member of Jones & Kelly Legal Services, LLC.

Khristie started her legal career in 1997 as a paralegal. Urged by her professors to continue to law school, she did so, graduating in 2000.

In her 23+ years of practice, Khristie has spent time representing clients and businesses in various areas of law. She has advocated for debtors & corporations filing for financial relief in Bankruptcy, served as a Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee in Atlanta, has practiced, taught college level, and written materials and been a speaker at seminars in many practice areas including: Bankruptcy, Probate and Real Estate law.

Khristie is dedicated to making Jones & Kelly Legal Services, LLC an instrumental resource for the North Georgia community to use to navigate the various legal pitfalls that life can present in the areas of probate, bankruptcy, and real estate law.

DeAnna started her paralegal career in 1995 working in a small law firm in Arkansas and transitioned to working for larger firms in Tennessee.

Having transitioned into the commercial banking industry for 13 years before returning to law, DeAnna is not only well versed in finances and business management but also has a deep working understanding of the firms’ areas of practice.

DeAnna is on the front lines of Jones & Kelly Legal Services, LLC, and will be instrumental in helping you navigate the various legal pitfalls that life can present in the areas of probate, bankruptcy, and real estate law.
