Just recently was able to secure for a client a finding from the Internal Revenue Service that their tax bill is currently not collectable.
With a tax bill well over 400k; this is certainly a relief for my client.
If you have any problems with the Internal Revenue Service or the Alabama Department of Revenue feel free to contact me at 2056643860.

Did you know that income taxes can be discharged in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy? I represented a client in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition and we were able to get rid of four years worth of income tax, penalties, and interest.
Call me at 205 664 3860 if you would like to know if you could be a candidate to have any income taxes discharged in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

I represented a client in an unemployment compensation appeal hearing. Employer maintained that benefits were due to be denied based on willful misconduct. Appeals Officer found conduct was not willful misconduct on the part of the employee; in that the conduct did not amount to willful misconduct in that it did not harm or damage the property of the employer or the employer's reputation. Hearing was important because client also had a potential employment discrimination claim to preserve. After securing award for unemployment benefits, we proceeded to mediation through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Case settled with good results for client. After exhausting unemployment benefits and receiving settlement, client obtained a better job than they had before with more compensation and more responsibility.

In an otherwise adversarial occupation, it is always a pleasure to bring families together who choose to be together. It is always a pleasure to provide a stable home to a child, and to provide two loving parents to a child. If you are interested in adopting a child or children, whether you are related to the child or children or not, please feel free to contact me. We will schedule an appointment to discuss how I may be of service to you in creating your new family.
