Same job. Same responsibility. Very different toolbox. 😊

After almost 20 years in real estate, I still do what I’ve always done—research, analyze, market, negotiate, communicate and take care of my clients. But how I do many of those things has changed dramatically.

AI, better research tools, market analytics, virtual staging, 3D, targeted marketing, online performance tracking… I’m learning and adjusting all the time.

Some things should stay old-fashioned: integrity, personal attention, accountability and work ethic. ❤️

Everything else? I’m willing to adjust the sails.

Starting today, October 1, 2026, sales tax rates are increasing across . Voter-approved adds a 0.5% countywide sales tax, bringing the baseline rate from 9.75% to 10.25%. Cities with additional local taxes have higher combined rates — including West Hollywood at 11% and Santa Monica at 11.25%.
