Nothing better than getting a great settlement for someone who truly deserves it!

My client was on his daily walk when he was attacked from behind by a vicious Pit Bull that took a chunk out of the palm of his left hand. He needed stitches, suffered a painful wound, and had loss of sensation in the palm. This was particularly damaging because the client is a talented artisan who relied on his left hand as his “hammer hand” for making beautiful, enameled metal creations and jewelry.

Spitzer Legal was able to get him good medical treatment (with nothing out of his pocket) that allowed him to regain feeling in his hand and get back to making beautiful art.

As the sun sets over the Ventura courthouse I stand proud to have represented this woman (on the right) in a fiercely fought 12 day jury trial. The jury did the right thing and rendered a verdict that provided the life changing money required to take care of her future needs.
