🏡 Sometimes the journey to homeownership starts with a cup of coffee! ☕
A little over a year ago, I met a young woman at one of my local coffee hours. She and her fiancé weren't quite ready to buy a home, but she took my information, knowing that homeownership was something they wanted in their future.
Fast forward a year. Now married, she reached out because they were ready to start exploring what buying their first home might look like.
They reconnected with the lender they had met at that same coffee hour, and we all sat down for a first-time homebuyer consultation. We talked about the process, what to expect, and how we could help them take that next step.
After looking at about six homes, they submitted their very first offer… and it was accepted! 🎉
Yesterday, they officially became homeowners! 🔑🏡
What I love about this story is that they didn't rush into buying a home. They had a goal, took the time to prepare, asked questions, and when the time was right, they were ready.
