We’ve been to Chisai Sushi Club several times now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back!

For $100 per person, their Chisai omakase includes:

🏡 JUST SOLD | 651 29th Ave, San Mateo

$352,000 OVER ASKING. 🔥

We brought this home to market at $1,698,000, and 18 days later we had 7 offers and were pending.

We just closed at $2,050,000, 20.7% over asking.

But the number I’m most proud of isn’t just the final sales price.

Before this home ever hit the market, we had a plan, from preparing and improving the property, to professional staging, photography and video, to pricing, marketing and ultimately negotiating the offers.

The goal wasn’t simply to put a sign in the yard.

The goal was to create competition and get my sellers the best possible result.

The Butcher Shop by Niku Steakhouse dropped a pretty ridiculous A5 Wagyu sandwich.

We’re talking a 6 oz Satsuma A5 Wagyu New York Strip, breaded in panko and fried, then topped with house-made tomato sauce, pesto, melted mozzarella, Parmesan and parsley on a toasted 8-inch artisan roll. 🤯

And here was the catch…

Only 40 were available. First come, first served.
