A little country feel, but still close to town āœØ

Last weekend we went to a few of the Mini-Cassia Parade of Homes and oh my goodness, there were some pretty ones.

I love seeing all the little things builders think of. The fun layouts, pretty finishes, cozy details, and those ā€œwait, thatā€™s actually so smartā€ moments you only notice when youā€™re walking through in person.

Itā€™s so fun getting ideas for clients who are thinking about building or buying new someday. And honestly, I just love looking at beautiful homes too.

Definitely left with a few ideas tucked away for later.

This one has so much space, but still feels cozy and easy to live in.

359 Miller Ave is officially closed šŸ¤

This one was a good reminder that the market is not the same as it was a few years ago. Homes are still selling, but it takes more than putting a sign in the yard and posting a few pictures online.

It takes good marketing, honest conversations, patience, flexibility, and everyone working together toward the same goal.

This home had such a sweet feel to it, and Iā€™m so happy we were able to get it sold and handed over to its next owner.

So grateful for sellers who trusted the process and were willing to go with the flow when the market asked us to adjust.

On to the next chapter for everyone involved, and Iā€™m really thankful I got to be a small part of it.

Such a fun day at Thanksgiving Point šŸ¤ We checked out the dinosaurs, explored the Museum of Natural Curiosity, and walked through the Butterfly Biosphere.

The Museum of Natural Curiosity was definitely our favorite, and the butterflies were probably the most peaceful part of the dayā€¦ unless you ask Brooke šŸ˜‚ She wanted absolutely nothing to do with them.

So many fun things to do in one place. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 2021 and has been so well taken care of. It has an open layout, a fully landscaped yard, a 2 car garage, and it sits right across from White Pine Elementary.

The fully paid off solar panels are such a great bonus too. You get the savings without having to take over a loan or lease.
