Jury Duty tomorrow, Monday April 20, 2026. Please arrive by 8:45. Parking is very limited around the Justice Center. You may also use the county parking lot behind the building and the city parking lot behind Keith’s Barbershop.

I would like to recognize two of my awesome deputies! Jessica Parrish received her 10 Years of Service Certificate this month, and Kendra McIntyre received her 5 Years of Service Certificate in December! Jessica is my bookkeeper and manages our Felony Cases and all Civil matters in Circuit Court. Kendra is the assistant bookkeeper and manages the Traffic, Misdemeanor, and Felony docket for District Court.

Thank You both for the excellent work you do for the Kentucky Court of Justice and The Office of The Circuit Court Clerk here in Cumberland County!

The Cumberland County Justice Center will be open regular business hours tomorrow, Wednesday January 28th.

However, District Court is cancelled and all in person cases will be rescheduled for Wednesday February 4th.
We will mail court notices to all parties.

Due to current weather and road conditions, The Office of The Circuit Court Clerk and the Cumberland County Judicial Center will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday January 27th per Order of Circuit Judge David Williams.
