On June 5, 2026, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Civil Rights Compliance's (OCRC), Equal Employment Opportunity Division (EEOD) advised that Mr. Aune's client's complaint has been accepted for investigation for claims of Discrimination based upon S*x (Gender), Age, and Reprisal (retaliation) based upon prior EEO Activity. Mr. Aune represents Complainant.

ICE's OCRC EEOD also advised that Complainant's claims for discrimination and harassment based upon disability, and reprisal (retaliation), were also accepted for investigation.

Complainant is a U.S. Deportation Officer with ICE. The case is currently at the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaint stage.

Complainant has claims for Discrimination based upon Gender under Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), Discrimination based upon Age under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), including failure to promote, and Discrimination and Harassment based upon Disability under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Any complaint filed with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is scheduled to be filed at the EEOC's San Diego District Office.
