Some moments don’t make sense until years later.

Back in high school I had the chance to shadow a family friend who was a big-time realtor in Beverly Hills… but I never believed I could do what she did.

LA barely gets rain…
but it always seems to show up on the day you don’t want it to.

Today was the open house for a new three million dollar listing in Valley Village, and instead of perfect weather, we got soaked skies and puddles everywhere.

Most agents hate days like this.
I actually see them as an advantage.

Because the buyers who come out in the rain?
They’re serious.
They’re intentional.
They’re not wasting their Saturday.

So I prep the home like it’s sunny outside.
