National Small Business Week tip for private security companies: Your clients expect protection around the clock. Regulators do too.

In the private security industry, compliance is not a one-time checklist — it’s an ongoing operational responsibility. Licensing, training requirements, employee classifications, use-of-force policies, contracts, insurance coverage, and state-specific regulations all need continuous attention.

A compliance issue can quickly become a business risk.

Bradley & Wellerstein helps private security companies stay protected behind the scenes, so they can focus on protecting others.

📄 Protect your business this National Small Business Week

Free templates might seem like a quick fix, but if they don’t truly fit your business, they can cost you more in the long run.

Every contract, policy, and document should be tailored to your specific needs, not copied and pasted from the internet.

The right legal guidance helps you avoid risk, protect your interests, and build with confidence.

Don’t cut corners where it counts. Invest in getting it right the first time.

It’s National Small Business Week—a perfect time to revisit the foundations of your business, starting with your contracts.

Your contract should explain what happens when things go wrong, not just when they go right.

What happens if a deadline is missed? A payment is late? A partnership needs to end early?

A strong contract doesn’t just define expectations—it protects your business when the unexpected happens. Taking the time now to ensure those details are clear can help you avoid costly disputes later.

At Bradley + Wellerstein, we help businesses build contracts that hold up when it matters most.
