It doesn’t feel like a problem at first. 🤖

An AI recommendation makes sense, the decision moves forward, and work keeps going. Nothing breaks, which is exactly why it’s easy to miss what’s building underneath.

Over time, though, small gaps start to show. Decisions become harder to explain, assumptions go unchallenged, and accountability starts to blur. ⚠️

AI can support decisions, but it shouldn’t replace the moment where someone pauses and asks, “Does this actually make sense?”

That pause is what keeps decisions grounded and accountable.

Workplaces are full of moments that don’t fit neatly into definitions. A comment that feels slightly off. Feedback that lands differently than intended. A power dynamic that makes it harder to respond honestly. ⚖️

Good training doesn’t try to eliminate complexity. It gives teams shared language and a practical framework to address concerns early, before hesitation turns into silence and silence turns into culture. 🗣️
