Workplace conflict does not always need a courtroom. And it does not always need a formal investigation. ⚖️➡️🤝

Sometimes, it needs a better conversation.
Mediation is a structured process led by a neutral third party to help people address conflict, clear up misunderstandings, and see whether there is a workable path forward. It is not the same as an investigation, a grievance, or litigation. The purpose is not to assign blame. The purpose is resolution. ✨

Mediation can help with communication issues, team tension, leadership disputes, and workplace relationships that are affecting the way people work together. While it is often voluntary, it is most effective when people are willing to engage honestly and in good faith.
