Experience and reputation matters. Our client was rear-ended on January 4, 2026. We just resolved his claims today, less than five months post accident, for policy limits of $100,000.00.

Our client had only $20,000.00 in medical bills and was involved in a subsequent rear-end collision. The responsible insurance carrier originally denied liability for a rear end collision because a witness claimed our client brake-checked to cause the collision. Both cars were driving at the time of the collision but the insurance company, for the responsible driver, sent a denial letter.

Later, after we downloaded the EDR data (like a car’s black box) to discredit any notion that our client brake checked the defendant, the insurer offered only $35,000.00 claiming our client’s injuries were not that serious. We litigated this claim until the responsible insurer finally did the right thing and paid out limits.

In response, we litigated the claim, deposed the defense examiner, and resolved for $100,000.00 policy limits. We also recovered $5,000.00 in medical payments so our client’s total recovery was $105,000.00.

Our client and her passenger were involved in a collision, caused by an uninsured motorist in. Another office represented the passenger and settled her claims for approximately $35,000.00.

Our client was initially offered $60,000.00. In response, we demanded arbitration, litigated, fought defense’s attempt at a neuropsychological examination, and just as expert discovery was going to begin, GEICO tendered (gave) their policy limit of $300,000.00. We never negotiated and we never gave them room to think we would.

We also recovered $25,000.00 in medical payments. As such, we recovered $325,000.00 total for our very deserving client.
