First in-person deposition since the start of the pandemic. Lawyers got so used to the convenience of doing depositions via Zoom that they just continued doing depositions via Zoom. But little by little, some firms are starting to go back to the traditional way.

Our client recently reminded me that prior to bringing her premises liability case to Hosharian Law, her former attorney had advised her to settle her case for less than $50,000. Knowing her case was worth far more, she consulted 22 personal injury lawyers who rejected her case mainly because they believed it was "too complicated." Hosharian Law was able to resolve her case for $300,000.
