Here are some favorable results we’ve achieved for clients over the last few months. (The names have been changed and the dollar figures rounded).

Client Q, a business, and its two owners, were sued for $1.2 million over a bank loan. They probably would have lost at trial, but we managed to settle the lawsuit for $less than $300K, to be paid over 5 years!

Client N, a business owner, was sued by a former employee who claimed various violations of the labor code and requested an unspecified amount over half a million dollars. We settled the lawsuit for $4,000.

Client Q was sued on a credit card debt for about $300K. Though there was no defense to the lawsuit, we managed to settle it for $225,000, with time payments over 3 ½ years.
