Two closings in two days. I am old.

The first closing was Indy‘s 🐶 mom, you remember her… She’s the BA 70-year-old that just took a job promotion and a move to Las Vegas? I kept marveling at what an accomplishment at “her age” when it suddenly struck me I’m far less than 10 years away from “that age”!

The second closing was for a seller that I met 22 years ago when she was just four years old. How is it possible that this little girl is already buying and selling homes? If she’s aged that much I suppose that means I have to? I am blessed to do this work and I am, indeed, old.
