This past week, 716 Title Solutions closed an investor transaction involving a hard money lender and construction loan for the purchase of a 3-unit rental property in Western New York.

Deals like this often come with unique lender requirements, but our team handled every request smoothly to ensure the closing stayed on track. The property will now undergo a full rehab and should be back on the market as updated rental units in the coming months.

This transaction was also FinCEN reportable, and at 716 Title Solutions we are fully prepared to handle all FinCEN reporting obligations—and in some cases can even help investors structure deals to potentially avoid FinCEN reporting altogether.
