Here’s the weird truth: your claim can get “fact checked” on Instagram.

Insurance companies look at social media because it’s easy, it’s free, and it’s full of posts that can be misunderstood when they’re stripped of context. Even something harmless can be spun into a totally different story.

Do not delete anything. Just be smart going forward. Assume anything you post can be seen and saved, privacy settings or not.

Yesterday's CLE pulled back the curtain on auto insurance and broke down the stuff that actually controls the claim: what the declarations page is really telling you, where coverage lives, and how one little line on a policy can change the entire conversation. It was practical, fast paced, and the questions in the room were so good.
